Mother & Toddler Group Twinkling Stars

Twinkling Stars is a Mother and Toddler group that meets every Thursday morning between 10 - 11.30am during term time in the Church Hall.

We welcome pre-school children and their carers, and it's only 50p per family for each session.

This group is run voluntarily by members of the church who have all been DBS checked. We begin the meeting with free play which includes a craft activity. Just before 11, we have a short optional Christian story in a different room and then we all meet for a little together time. This is when we encourage the children to sit together, sing a few choruses, celebrate any birthdays, listen to any news and have a drink and biscuit.

We see the group as a stepping stone before nursery and it is a great way for you to meet friends and help your toddler to learn how to play with others in a safe environment. It has been lovely to stay in touch with some carers after the children have left the group, and at Twinkling Stars you will find a very warm welcome.
